Poundland is making some big changes, and from 16 September 2025 it’s all happening at once.
The first change is that you won’t be able to order online anymore. The website will still be there, but only for browsing.
The second is that Poundland Perks is closing down, although you’ll still be able to use any vouchers you’ve already earned.
Why the changes?
The reason for the shake-up is that Poundland says it’s “simplifying and refocusing” its stores.
In other words, they’re clearing the decks to bring in more £1 ranges and fresh bargains to the shelves every week.
It’s good news if you like a mooch in-store, but it does mean the end of home delivery for those who relied on it.
What happens to my perks vouchers?
If you’ve been collecting Poundland Perks vouchers, you don’t need to panic just yet.
The Perks app will close on 16 September 2025, but any vouchers you already have will stay in the app.
You’ll have until 15 January 2026 to spend them in-store before they disappear for good, so make sure you cash them in before the deadline.
What’s next?
Once the changes kick in, Poundland says it will focus on having the best prices for everyone, with no need for an account, membership or vouchers.
That means no extra faff, just low prices across the board.
The website isn’t disappearing entirely. You’ll still be able to use it to check out the latest ranges, seasonal specials, and find store locations and opening times. But if you want to buy anything, you’ll need to head down to your local shop.
In short, if you’ve got Poundland Perks vouchers, spend them before 15 January 2026, and be ready to shop in-store for your bargain fix.The end of online ordering might be a pain, but if it means more £1 deals on the shelves, it could be worth the trip.
